Journey Triggers
A Journey Trigger is the starting point of a flow. It defines what customer action will begin a journey.

In future updates, you’ll be able to connect askPear with Shopify to unlock more trigger options, such as:
Completed a purchase – start a journey when a customer places an order, with filters like purchase amount or specific items bought.
Added items to cart – follow up with customers who showed intent but haven’t checked out.
Clicked on an item – send tailored messages based on product interest.
How it works
Once the trigger action happens, the customer is placed into the journey. From there, you can set up messages, questions, or actions that guide them through a personalized flow.
