Campaign Scheduling

Campaigns let you send scheduled messages to your LINE OA friends. Instead of blasting everyone at once, you can target the right people at the right time. Use campaigns to announce promotions, launch new products, or send seasonal greetings.

How to Schedule a Campaign

1. Go to Campaigns
   From the main menu, select Campaigns.
   
   

2. Create a New Campaign
   Click New Campaign and give it a name (e.g., “Mother’s Day Sale” or “Product Launch”).
   
   

3. Set Date & Time

   • Choose the exact date and time you want your campaign to send.

   • You can also save it as a draft if you’re not ready yet.
     
     

     

     
     
     

4. Choose Your Audience

   • Send to all friends, or

   • Select a specific segment (e.g., “Frequent buyers,” “Oily skin customers,” “Bangkok location”).
     
     

     

     
     
     

5. Draft Your Message Flow

   • Add text, images, or links.

   • Use multiple messages in sequence if needed (e.g., reminder after 1 day).

   • Personalize with variables (like customer name).
     
     
     

     

     
     
     

6. Review & Confirm

   • Double-check the schedule, segment, and message flow.

   • Click Schedule Campaign to confirm.
