Creating an Account

Follow these steps to set up your askPear account and connect your LINE OA properly:

1. Sign Up

• Go to www.askpear.com and click Sign Up.

• Choose to sign up with your Google account or with an email address.

  
  

2. Invite Your Team

• After signing up, go to Profile > Organization.

• Click Invite Team Members and assign permissions (e.g., Admin, Editor).

3. Prepare Your LINE OA

To make sure askPear handles your automated messages correctly:

• Log in to the LINE OA Manager.

• Go to Settings > Response settings > Greeting message.

• Turn off the auto-send greeting message.

(This avoids customers receiving duplicate greetings from LINE OA and askPear.)
