Creating an Account
Follow these steps to set up your askPear account and connect your LINE OA properly:
1. Sign Up
Go to www.askpear.com and click Sign Up.
Choose to sign up with your Google account or with an email address.
2. Invite Your Team
After signing up, go to Profile > Organization.
Click Invite Team Members and assign permissions (e.g., Admin, Editor).

3. Prepare Your LINE OA
To make sure askPear handles your automated messages correctly:
Log in to the LINE OA Manager.
Go to Settings > Response settings > Greeting message.
Turn off the auto-send greeting message.
(This avoids customers receiving duplicate greetings from LINE OA and askPear.)
