Connecting with Line OA (English)
To use askPear, you’ll need to connect your LINE Official Account. This process involves getting your Channel Secret and Channel Access Token from LINE Developers, then entering them into askPear.
Steps to connect
Open up your Line OA tab on askpear at https://app.askpear.com/line-official-account/
Get the Channel Secret from your LINE Official Account.
Get the Channel Access Token from the LINE Developers Console.
Enter both values into askPear to complete the connection.
Go back to the LINE Developers Console and enable webhooks and webhook redelivery.

Step 1: Get Channel Secret from LINE Official Account
Log in to your LINE Official Account at https://manager.line.biz.
Select the account you want to connect.
Go to Settings → Messaging API, then click Enable Messaging API.
Create a LINE Developers Provider (you can say 'askPear provider' as the provider). You can skip the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use steps.
Confirm and save the provider.
Copy the Channel Secret and paste it on the Channel Secret field on askPear.
Step 2: Get Channel Access Token from LINE Developers Console
Go to the LINE Developers Console.
Choose the Provider you just created.
Open the Messaging API channel and go to the Messaging API tab.
Scroll to the bottom and issue a long-lived Channel Access Token and paste it on the Channel Access Token field on askPear.
Step 3: Enable webhooks in LINE Developers
Go back to the LINE Developers Console
Under the same Messaging API tab, scroll to the Webhook settings section. On Webhook URL, click 'Edit'.
Copy the Webhook URL link from askPear and paste it into the empty field on the Line Developer Console.
Toggle on Use webhook and Webhook redelivery.
Save everything on askPear Line OA integration page. Your LINE OA should now be connected to askPear, and new messages will flow into the platform.
Tips: Don't forget to turn off the 'Greeting Message' on your Line OA to stop the auto-greeting message.
