Action Nodes
Action nodes are the building blocks of your message flows. You can combine them to create simple announcements or interactive conversations.

1. Send Message
Send a single message to your customer.
Use cases: Announcements, promotions, reminders, thank-you notes.
What you can add: Text, images, links, or emojis
Tip: Keep it short and clear. Add personalization tokens (like
{name}
) for a more personal touch.
2. Send Multiple Choice
Ask a question with pre-set answer options.
Use cases: Quizzes, surveys, preference collection (e.g., “What’s your skin type?”).
How it works: Customers tap one of the answer buttons. Their choice can:
Save to their profile (for future segmentation).
Trigger a different follow-up path in the flow.
Tip: Keep options clear and limited (3–5 choices max).
3. Send Date Picker
Let customers select a date directly in chat.
Use cases:
Appointments / reservations (spa, clinic, service bookings).
Event RSVPs (workshops, tastings, launches).
Birthdays (collect customer birth dates for personalized birthday messages or offers).
How it works: Customers pick a date from a calendar. The system saves this data to their profile.
4. Wait
Pause the flow for a set amount of time before sending the next step.
Use cases:
Delay between onboarding messages (e.g., send follow-up after 1 day).
Space out reminders (e.g., “Don’t forget your coupon!”).
How it works: You choose the wait time (minutes, hours, or days). The next action will only fire after that delay.
Tip: Use sparingly. Too long a wait may cause customers to forget the context.
